C# / Unity

Picture
I started learning Unity / C#, after seeing 3D games being developed at the Monmouth Computer Science Fair in November 2017.

I've done six Unity projects.
  • Fly Orange! is a 2D game.
  • Noughts & Crosses uses Minimax for the computer move.
  • Penguin Peril! is my first 3D game.
  • Surrounded is an original strategy game that uses Minimax with an eval function.
  • Water the Crops is my second 3D game.
  • Navigate is a 3D navigation sim that I built at Taunton CoderDojo with help from Hydrographic Office volunteers.

Penguin Peril! and Water the Crops made the finals of the BAFTA Young Game Designer - Game Making Award (aged 10 to 14) in 2018 and 2019.

Fly Orange!, Os & Xs and Surrounded are available on the Apple App store.
Scroll down for zip files for some of the projects.

    1. File explorer will pop up with 3 files and folders in. Double click on the one ending in '.exe'.
    2. It will give you a warning about extracting files.
    3. Click 'Extract All' and then 'Extract'
    4. Double click on the '.exe' file again and press 'Play!'.
